War Chest is a web application designed for militaria collectors to catalog, manage, and optionally share their collections. The Service provides tools for:

  • Creating and managing digital records of collection items
  • Uploading and organizing images of collection pieces
  • Tracking provenance, condition, and valuation information
  • Optionally sharing items or collections publicly

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload illegal content or facilitate illegal transactions

  • You are responsible for any information you choose to share

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for the accuracy of valuations, authenticity assessments, or any other information you enter into the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the settings page. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
